Serving as trustee to investigate, prosecute, settle, liquidate or dispose of the debtors’ and creditors’ claims and causes of action vested in a post-bankruptcy trust in performance of a bankruptcy plan, the corresponding confirmation order and the trust agreement. Administering the litigation includes budgeting professional expenses and funding of the same, including procuring financing when appropriate.

LIQUIDATING TRUSTEE
Serving as trustee to perform the post-Chapter 11 liquidating plan and trust agreement for the benefit of the trust’s beneficiaries, including their administration, the marshaling and liquidation of assets, the compromise, allowance and resolution of claims and the payment of creditors in accordance with the Plan’s terms.
