Experienced restructuring lawyer and fiduciary who utilizes a deep knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of business reorganizations and wind-downs in a variety of roles, including as plan administrator, litigation/liquidation trustee, assignee for the benefit of creditors, corporate officer, and independent board member. Extensive experience leading distressed transactions, financing matters, and related litigation gained over a 30+ year career as a lawyer and fiduciary.
